Accurate pricing, however, requires a clearly defined written scope of work, developed through an initial consultation with our team or a qualified third party. Especially in new construction, this phase documents critical information including client objectives, site measurements, plant selections, drainage and irrigation needs, existing conditions, code compliance, HOA compliance, and site-specific challenges. Once complete, a comprehensive estimate can be prepared. The resulting scope serves as a written action plan and allows for fair comparison of multiple bids, provided all estimates are based on the same defined scope.
